This is a Waters Acquity UPLC system. This Ultra High Pressure system is equipped with a tunable, dual wavelength ultraviolet/visible (UV/Vis) detector (190 - 700 nm).

It has a binary pump, a thermostatted autosampler (96 x 2mL vials) and a column oven. This machine is currently setup in our undergraduate Separations Laboratory.

Capabilities:

• Autosampler thermostat to 40°.
• Column oven to 90°C.
• Max Pressure: 103MPa (1mL/min) or 62MPa (2mL/min).

Software:

• Instrument control, data acquisition and analysis using MassLynx for Windows XP.
